Use the information below to answer questions 3 and 4. The pie chart shows the types of books at the school library. There are 60 comic books. There is an equal number of Mystery and Science Fiction books. What percentage of the books are Mystery books? (2 marks)

whenever we see percentage, and pie chart, always do the fractions

comic → 1/4

mystery + science fiction → 1 - 7/20 - 1/10 - 1/4 = 20/20 - 7/20 - 2/20 - 5/20 = 6/20

since mystery and science fiction is the same, we divide by 2

mystery → 6/20 ÷ 2 = 3/20

mystery % → 3/20 x 100% = 15%
